misrepresentation
I hired an attorney who misreprestend my case. Can I have the case reopened to fix the mistakes or have it dismissed and start over please what are my options

No, not if the case has alrady been decided. Your option under these circumstances would be to appeal the judge's decision(within 10 days from date of decision if general district court and within 30 days from the decision date if circuit court).
