modificastion of custody order
i have custody of my daughter. i remarried in june 05. i have had custody for 3 years. my ex is trying to take custody from me. he claims he can provide a ore stable home. i am remarried and have one more child. can he get the custody reversed.

Only if your former husband can show to the court's satisfaction that there's been a material change in your circumstances which in considering what is in the best interests of your daughter would warrant transferring custody to him.
