money

my husband told me on jan. 24 that he no longer wanted to be married to me. he gave no good reason at all.when he told me this he had already got his own place to live. we have no money, but his work check came in the mail. can i put it in my acct. to help with our children & bills that he left us with

I would say, no, you may not if you'd be endorsing your husband's signature on this payroll check and cashing it without his permission.
