money owed by father
how do i get (BACK) child support from my father who had ''child support'' filed against him twice but got let ''pending'' because he could never be located by the court system?
(i am now 22 years of age)

If the father was actually placed under a valid court order and failed to pay it, your mother or caretaker payee(rather than you)would be entitled to pursue any outstanding arrearages which remained unpaid even after you achieved your majority.
However, if the matter remained "pending" indefinitely and no valid and enforceable order was ever established, it's now too late and none could be established at this time.
