Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I am a mother who lost physical custody of my 6 month old that is now 21 months old to his Father and Wife. I also have two other kids that I don't have custody o,f but no neglect was involved just was young they are older now but don't live with me either. How do I go about regaining costudy of my 21 month old? I just want a chance to be a mom!
