Motion to Enforce Sanctions for Contempt

I was ordered to pay attorneys fees but only payed a portion. Now I am being taken back to court. Will I face jail time?

Probably not, if you tell the court that you do intend to pay these attorney's fees and are able to explain the good reason(s) as to why you have not done so thus far.
