Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

move out - move back in

I moveed out from my appartment about 2 months ago on my own leaving my wife and keds. My wife has since said that she does not want me back. I still pay the rent and my name is still on the lease. Can I legally move back in without her permission? She has also filed for child support through a seperation order; But we have not been to court as yet and I have yet to recieve any summonds or paperwork from her attorney.

Re: move out - move back in

You are legally entitled to live there as long as your name is on the lease unless there's an order from a court barring you from the premises.

You should continue to support your children irrespective of whether there's a specific court order requiring you to do so.
