Can I move with my son without my boyfriend permission , since he dont know where I am can he call the police and filing custody for my son

Assuming there are no valid court orders currently in place

that would prohibit such a move on your part, then there would

be no valid basis for your boyfriend to attempt to involve

the police in this matter at this particular time (in my opinion).
