Can I move out of state if I have sole and physcial custody

Your custody order probably requires you to give the non-custodial parent at least 30 days notice of your intent to move, so that a motion to challenge the move can be filed if desired. If a court thinks the move of the child would not be in the child's best interest, you could lose physical custody if you move.
