Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

who has to move out?

My wife of 20 years presented me with a seperation agreement, saying she wants a divorce and will move out of our jointly owened home in VA. I have never been unfaithfull, abusive, or had bad habits (drugs, drinking, etc) We both work. I have always been a good provider and handle most of the day to day requirements of our 2 teenage sons (fix breakfast, pack lunches, bedtime routines, provide transportation to 90% of activities, be at home after school to provide homework help, etc) She now has changed her mind and is seeking to stay in the home. Can she force me to leave?

Re: who has to move out?

Yes, if a judge awards her the right of sole possession of the marital home, pending settlement of the marital property matters pursuant to a pending divorce.
