moving w/ child
My niece has sole custody of child. Her spouse is in the military and station in NC. She is moving there and the father is trying to stop her. Can he do that and what does she have to do.

Give the court having jurisdiction over the custody matter as well as the father 30 days advance notice of the move as is likely required in the mother's custody order.
