NCP Taking Possession of Custodial Parents check
I am the custodial parent and I pay for the child's daycare. The NCP is ordered to pick the child up from daycare one day a month. I accidently forgot to sign the check and the young lady up front did not know the NCP did not have custody of the child. When the NCP picked up the child, the young lady asked her to sign the check. Knowing that the check was not the NCP's personal check, the NCP still took the check from the daycare. The NCP then indicated the check was to be signed by the custodial parent. The NCP contacted me and said the childs daycare said I was behind in payment, which I explained I pay in advance and then the NCP stated I just forgot to sign the check. I spoke with the daycare and was informed the NCP never identified herself (we were never married and she is still single) when picking up the child and did not inform the young lady the check was not hers. Can she take my check only to be nosey and possibly write down my account number?

Re: NCP Taking Possession of Custodial Parents check
So, what is she going to do with your account number? Unless you've been the victim of theft, I fail to see your cause for concern over this particular incident.
