Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

If the non custodial parent appeals a child support order through the courts and you get a notice that they have appealed but does not specify that I need to appear. This is in the state of VA. Do I have to appear? This is his second appeal and I not notified of the first one.

Well, what happened after the first one? (If it wasn't good, then that

may have something to do with the fact that you didn't appear.)

If the Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE) is handling your case,

you may wish to give your caseworker a call for further clarification of

the matter.
