Non custodial parent leaves child with others

My son is 3 years old and goes to his father every other weekend. When his father has visitation, he always pawns our son off on his wife, mother, or father. He doesn't actually spend the time with him. If he is not being around our son during the ordered visitation, can I have the visitation lessened, maybe to only daytime visits?

Sure, you could try, but I would not advise it
