Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

if I am the noncustodial parent and am entitled to 2 weeks vacation time with my son do I have to take the full 2 weeks if i only have one week vacation thru my employer? and if not am I entitled to pay for daycare during that week?

All of those questions should be addressed in your custody/support order. (And, if not, then you may need to negotiate them with the custodial parent.)
