If the noncustodial parent thinks the lawyer appointed to represent his children in a visation hearing is being favorable to the custodail parent, what rights or action can be taking?

He could file a complaint with the judge in charge of the matter but as long

as this guardian ad litem's actions can be interpreted as reasonably promotional of and in concert with the best interests of the subject children, the complainant should not expect the G.A.L to be replaced any time soon.
