Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
Non-Custodial Parent's right to information
Does the non-custodial parent have a right to the custodial parent's info (i.e. income, child care costs, insurance costs)? If so, how do they get this information?

Re: Non-Custodial Parent's right to information
If the non-custodial parent is already under court order to pay child support, such parent can petition/motion the court for a hearing to review this support obligation and through the discovery process prior to the review hearing, obtain this information from the custodial parent.
