Notarized documents prior separation agreement
My ex husband and I split back in Sept, filled out notarized agreements for payment of child support, his insurance, car note, phone-things that were in my name but are used by him and him alone. We reconciled in Oct and then decided to split for good in Jan. Due to the fact that we did reconcile, does this make the notarized agreements null and void? Or would they still hold up in court if he decided that he didn't want to pay on the car (in my name) that he is driving?

Re: Notarized documents prior separation agreement
If the notarized agreement is in fact a valid Property Settlement Agreement(PSA), it likely contains a provision
addressing this issue, i.e., in the event that the parties reconcile and then again separate, the PSA executed on_______ by ___and___will continue to be valid and fully enforceable.
If you have any doubt as to the document's continued validity, you might want to have an attorney take a look at it.

The terms of the agreement will typically specify what occurs in the event of reconciliation. Often there is a provision that the agreement will remain in effect unless it is terminated in writing by the parties. I would advise you to consult an attorney as to your rights/responsibilities under the agreement.
