Notarized separtion agreement

My husband and I drew up a separation agreement and had it notarized, I would like to make it our legal separation agreement, what do I need to do to implement this paper to the couts with an attorney?

The separation agreement is already effective as a contract. You can enforce it in any way it allows. In order for it to be a court order it has to be incorporated into a Final Decree of Divorce. I have no idea whether you're ready to do that.
