Obligation of new spouse to pay child support arrearage.

If I remarry is my new spouse going to be responsible for or liable to pay my back child support? If so can anything be done to protect her present assests from being confiscated to pay arrearage?

Your prospective spouse cannot be held liable for

your child support obligation(s)---nor can her assets be seized to pay arrearages which you owe.
