Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Obstacles in obtaining Divorce

I am interested in marrying a girl who is separated for 6 months (separation agreement signed by husband) and pregnant with 7 months without any previous child. She lives in MO and husband in VA.

Divorce paper (uncontested) are mailed to the husband. If the husband don't sign the waiver to appear in court sent by her attorney how long would it take for her to obtain the divorce in case he doesn't cooperate?

Does the husband have to notarize the waiver form also? As notarizing delayed separation papers for quiet some time. If he just signs and mail then it will be quicker.

Any suggestions/tips to obtain quickest divorce with least cooperation with husband would be helpful. Husband has addictions & other problems so sometimes he changes his mind for divorce.

Due to pregnancy its harder to travel now and we are trying to expedite the process. Also Divorce is filed in VA court.
