Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
I obtained sole custody of my daughter and have not received child support since january and her father can not be found. Is there any way to have his rights revoked without his consent since he can't be found?

No, that is not in and of itself a valid basis for terminating parental rights, i.e., the fact that the father (at least at this time) cannot be found.
