Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Obtaining information under false pretense

My ex-wife legally changed her name back to her maiden name. Recently she obtained information on my timeshare which is a joint account by using her married name in requesting this information. The timeshare was given to me as part of the divorce settlement. Is this legal?

Re: Obtaining information under false pretense

If it's a joint account(with your ex-wife), then apparently she was entitled to access it irrespective of the name that she may have used.
