is there an official "amendment to bill of compaint" form for an uncontested divorce in virginia?

You can just file a motion to amend showing the amendment and have the other side sign an order allowing it, that is the easiest way. Or see an attorney to help you.

I am not aware of an official form. i agree with prior attorney's statement. if you cannot get the other side to endorse - then you should seek an attorney to assist in the next step.
