Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
On-Line Affair
Does on-line chat of a sexual nature that results in self gratification constitute adultry in the state of Virginia? How does state law view ''virtual'' affairs?
Thank you.

Re: On-Line Affair
"Virtual affairs" to use your term, although they may be highly titillating, as you've obviously found, do not constitute legal grounds for adultery in the Commonwealth.
