Order says ''3'' day weekends...What about inauguration day?

Isn't it implied that I would get Inauguration day as well...if my court order states ''3'' day weekends; Monday is MLK Day, Tuesday (every 4 years) is a government holiday. Could I be called into contempt of court if I keep my son 1 more day?
