I was wondering what is the necessary paperwork required in Hampton Virginia to have an Ore Tenus Hearing

At a minimum you will need a request for an ore tenus hearing and a property settlement agreement. An ore tenus hearing is not the proper procedure if you and your spouse are not in agreement on all issues.
