Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
If a not overly-masculine man married a woman in a traditional union, then naturally and progressively became prototypically more and more feminine, only to find at mid-life that he was really born an XY Female (progressively more pronounced Partial Androgen Insensitivity), what becomes of the Virginia-sanctioned union between him and his wife, since the constitutional amendment banning same sex marriages in the Commonwealth of Virginia? Is the marriage suddenly dissolved by constitutional law?

No, I would think not, (but, of course, still awaiting my elevation to the state's highest tribunaI, I can't speak for the Virginia Supreme Court as to this question).
