Paramour

Is it legal for a parent to live with a boyfriend while her child is in her custody. The father is the custodial parent and the mother gets visitation. Was in a previous order from the court but is not in the current standing order. She also relocated without notifying the father which it states in court order she has to do so within 30 days. She is currently living with a new boyfriend.

If the previous order which prohibited this practice has now been superceded by a new order which makes no reference to it, the likely answer is that the practice described is not illegal, but certainly could be an issue the next time that the case is up before the court having jurisdiction for a review or for some other reason.
