Which parent can claim children on tax return?

I have 3 children by my ex husband. I am currently working and I do recieve child support. My ex husband feels that he should claim the children on his tax return because he pays $200/weekly in child support and he feels that that is 75% of the children's support. I make $440/weekly gross. I have full physical custody of all three children. So my question is which parent is entitled to put the children on their tax return?
