Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
If one parent is forcing their minor child to move out of state to live with their older sibling who is not a good choice for a guardian is there anything the child can do to not have this happen? And how can it be done quickly? Thank you!

The other parent or possible guardian/relative should probably be filing for an emergency hearing in the J&DR;Court locality where the child currently
resides to contest the matter.
