My parents are considering a divorce and I'm 18. Should I be worried about custody?

No. Custody would not be an issue if you have graduated from high school; if you have not, there could be a custody order until you graduate or reach age 19, whichever comes first.

Moreover, it's your parents who are divorcing each other; they're not divorcing you, and chances are you will enjoy the love and care of both parents. If custody should become an issue, your wishes will be very significant in the final determination.
