when two parents have joint cuatody of a minor child if the primary custodial paernt is incarcerated does the other joint custody parent automatically hve legal permissiom to take child from family

In my opinion, the other parent with joint custody would have a right to custody. However, this does not mean that the other parent can simply go pick up the child. To do so might subject that parent to criminal or civil legal action. I recommend you see a lawyer asap.
