Can I file a Partition Suit thru a paralegal and go to court without an attorney?

No, this simply would not work. The paralegal preparing the papers for you would likely be in jeopardy of committing UPL(unauthorized practice of law). Partition suits in circuit court can be complicated matters and

require the knowledge and experience of those who are properly licensed in the practice of law.
