Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

third party

I have a court order stating ''There shall be no third party consumption of alcohol while children are present for visitation''.

My question is who is considered a third party? The mother of my children married her boyfriend, is he still considered a third party to the children?

Re: third party

Black's Law Dictionary defines third party as "one not a party to an agreement(or order, in your case)or to a transaction but who may have rights therein."

Sounds like your ex-wife's new husband to me.
