Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

For the past three years, I have kept my grandson from Wednesday through Sunday. The mother of my grandson when upset with my son will not let us pick him up. We have done this for three years now, my grandson is probably waiting for us to pick him up. What do I need to do to make sure I can get him every week.

Your son may need to petition the court which has jurisdiction over the

issues of custody and visitation to have this mother brought back into

court to explain herself and why she should not be found in contempt

and subject to sanctions if in fact she is found to have violated the court's

order(s).
