Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
i pay child support for my 2 girls. I get them Thursday to Monday but mostly keep them til tuesday or wednesday. im behind in support. I pay 413 and some change. It went from 65 to 266 then 413 and i didnt have a job. I work at pizza hut not getting many hours and have to pay half for child care and they dont go. Is there any way I cant get my childsupport droped a bit?

Child support is primarily a function of your income. If it has decreased since the last order, you should file for a modification. If the previous order contemplated childcare the children are not now using, that would work as well. Note, if you have the children more than 90 days each year, you will receive a discount on child support because you are considered to have shared custody. Good luck.
