paying child support

Why do I have to pay support for a child that was born because the person stopped taking pill so she could get pregnent and I did not know she had stopped. Iam retired. Is that call intrapement?

The biological parents of a child are responsible for the child's support. This would not be entrapment. When two adults engage in sexual relations the possibility of a child resulting is always present. To avoid payment of child support altogether you would have to establish (via blood tests) that you were not the father.

No, it is not entrapment, at least not in the sense as the term applies to the criminal law. It would appear that you need to reshape your attitude towards this child in the few years that you may have left on planet Earth.
