Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I was paying support for my step son, I no longer see him. And the biological father is now paying child support. Can a person receive child support from two people for the same child.

I assume you have not been ordered to pay child support to a child not your son. As a step-father you would not be considered by a Virginia court to have a duty of support to someone you have neither fathered nor adopted.
