payment of property settlement

I have an divorced and have a property settlement agreement. From that I am due 30K that was to be paid annually at $3000 for ten years or in full upon sale/refinance of the property. After the divorce my exhusband quit making mortgage payments and we to foreclosure. Can I file a lawsuit without using an attorney?

Sure, you could try to file such a lawsuit on your own without counsel(although for what is not exactly clear). Would it likely be a winning suit? Not very likely (in my opinion).
