Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
What do I do about a ''Pendente Lite Order'' regarding my seperation from my wif
My wife and I have seperated from each other but there is no legal seperation in Virginia. We do however have a Circuit Court Pendente Lite Order specifiying support and child visitation. If my wife and I get back together again before either of us goes to court to get a divorce what should we do regarding the court order? I'm concerned that if we get back together and things don't end up working out, since my wife has exclusive use of the house specified in our court order, that she can just have me removed from the house at her whim. Do we have to go back to court to have this order terminated?
Thanks for any advise.

The two of you can prepare an agreed order vacating the pendente lite order and submit it to the judge that signed the pendente lite order for his signature, and you should. When you are reconciled, even for a period, the concepts of custody, support, and visitation and especially the concept of exclusive use of the martial residence make no sense.
