pensions in divorce settlements

what if you are the 2nd wife and get divorced after having been married for 6 or 7 yrs. does the first ex-wife have any rights to the husband's pension even though they have been divorced for 15 or 20 yrs?

Only if such rights were granted in the divorce decree

dissolving that first marriage.
