Perjury during property distribution trial

Thank you. You advised me to get my special needs brother's attorney to file a motion for reconsideration. The judge had declared the marital residence paid for him by our parents- a gift to both of them. He is filng the motion and I am seeking an appt. as guardian ad litem with another attorney. I also reviewed the 80 page Court Report and there are no fewer than five instances where his wife willfully makes false affirmations regarding finances. How does a judge view this when he had previously given her a very generous award? Thanks again.
