can i give my sisters daughters back to her. I have permanent custody and she have not lost her parental rights. without going back through the courts.she in va i'm in ny

If a court of proper jurisdiction awarded you permanent custody of these children, you can't just ignore that order and now turn the children over to their mother. Instead, you must request an appropriate modification of this order through the court which entered it.
