Personal records

I need to obtain a copy of my psa and the only place I can get it is from my ex-wife's attorney. My attorney is deceased and I've lost my copy in moving. Can my present attorney request it?

Yes, of course. (If it was filed with a particular court, you should also be able to obtain a copy from there.)
