perternaty and visitation
my wife and i are currently seeking a divorce. she has since than told me that my youngest child isnt mine. am i intitle to visitation with my son? does it change anything if there is a test done to find out if he is my child or not?

I'm sure you have considered the possibility that she is lying just to get your goat. Nevertheless it does matter and if a paternity test established that you were not the biological father then you would have to petition for visitation rights as a non parent and prove that denying you visitation would result in "actual harm" to the child which can be done by a child therapist testifying that the child would suffer if you were removed from it's life. If you are not the father you need an aggressive attorney to help establish rights for you.
