Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

it is physical abandonment. but i can run down the story for you if you could take the time to read it. she and i have two minor children together. in august of 2006 i was deployed ( as i am in the navy) and was gone for about 5 months. upon my return, i was greeted with nothing. no house, no kids, no car, no clothes, nothing. she had left and gone to west virginia, and i was under the impression the she went to live with her mom. that was not so. she is not living with her mom and i cannot get an accurate address on her nor a phone number. i havent seen my children in almost four years. so im am also in need of other legal advice as well. help me please

You'll have to find her first before you can take any legal action regarding your

right of visitation with the children and other matters connected to the marriage.

And, if you do not have the time, resources, and/or opportunity to conduct your own search for this woman, your next best option is probably to hire a private investigator.
