Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

If I am the Physical Cutodial Parent (mother) and the father is going back to court to reduce child support mostly for his insurance cost he has to carry for the kids. Am I obligated to be held at minimum wage? I am now in school and My new husband is in the military so we can afford for me to do school full time. I do not have a job. I just want to if I will be held for any amount as far as my income.

$65.00 per month is the minimum amount(absent extraordinary circumstances), I believe that a parent can be held responsible for in the incomes shares formula which is used under the Virginia Child Support Guidelines to calculate each parent's share of the child support. (See Va. Code Sec. 20-108.2.)
