Power of Attorney

Which POA form do i need for va my uncle is in the hospital and i have to take over his affairs he's aware of what's going on.

A durable, general power of attorney suitable for use in the Commonwealth should suffice

for the job(if he's headed towards long term disability and incompetence) which your uncle needs to execute while he still has his mental faculties to do so.
