Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I am pregant (the baby is due anytime now) and the father of the baby does not want anything to do with the child financially or physically. What is my recourse?

Give your local DCSE(Div. of Child Support Enforcement) district office a call to make an appointment to discuss your making an application with them to establish paternity and a support obligation due and owing on the part of the alleged father.
